Why do I have to make a Scrapbook?
There are a number of reasons why. For some it is their hobby whilst others do it to relieve stress. Others make it their heirloom while others do it to show the young ones when they get older (and as we all know, they grow so fast). But whatever your reason may be, one thing is for sure. It is a unique way of preserving your pictures while showing others your artistic and creative side.

What do I need to start a Scrapbook?
* You can easily start a scrapbook with just the basic supplies, such as :

- album - acid-free top loading pages
- background papers
- scissors
- glue
- and most important of all, your pictures.

What is journaling?
Journaling is the writing that explains what’s going on in the photo. It’s really what makes a scrapbook different from a photo album. Some people simply write the facts: Name, date, place. Other people add anecdotes and stories and we think this is one of the reasons that make the scrapbook so much more interesting and unique. There are two ways of doing the journal. First, you can handwrite your journaling but of course, with an acid-free pen. And the other, if you hate your handwriting that much, you can type it onto a computer and print it out.

What is an “acid-free” paper?
Acid-free paper is paper that has a neutral or basic pH (7 or slightly greater). It addresses the problem of preserving documents for long periods.

Why should I use an “acid-free” paper for my pictures?
If an acidic product comes into contact with paper, photos, textiles or other similar items, the acid can migrate therefore causing permanent damage and decay. This is why it is so very important to use good quality acid free and archival quality (is a term used to indicate that materials have undergone laboratory analysis to determine and confirm that their acidic and conservation properties are within safe levels) material for the preservation of our treasured memories.

In our case, it’s the paper and photos that we have to watch out for. Storing our pictures in true acid free papers will slow down the aging process and add years of life to the memories that are precious to us. It is better and more cost effective to prevent damage and deterioration rather than try to repair or correct it.

If you don’t use true acid free materials you will find that your papers and photos may discolour or disintegrate more quickly than they would naturally.

Can we order online? What is the process?
Yes you may. After browsing through our online store, you can either use our shopping cart or send us an email of your orders (including the product code). Upon receipt we will contact or send you a confirmation email regarding your orders and payment details within 24 hours. (we will appreciate it if you will be able to inform us of your payment details if you will not be able to send us a copy of the deposit slip)

If your total orders amount to Php2,000.00 up, we will have your orders delivered for free if the delivery address is within Metro Manila but if delivery address is outside Metro Manila, delivery charges will apply.
